The SK RVŠ is the only nationwide body representing students at all public, state, and private universities. It represents student interests in negotiations on student affairs in the Council of Higher Education Institutions (RVŠ), with the Czech Rectors’ Conference (ČKR), the Parliament of the Czech Republic, the Government of the Czech Republic, individual ministries, and other public administration bodies. The SK RVŠ also represents students in relations with European Union bodies, working closely with European student organizations (ESU, EURODOC). It coordinates its activities at the international level with the Slovak Student Council for Higher Education (ŠRVŠ) and the student representatives of the V4+ countries.
