5th Off-site Meeting Hosted by Škoda Auto University

We have completed the 5th off-site meeting and the 15th Board of the Student Chamber of the Council of Higher Education Institutions in the 2024–2026 term. We spent this weekend in Mladá Boleslav, hosted by Škoda Auto University (ŠAVŠ).

On Friday, we had the opportunity to visit the car manufacturer’s facilities, after which we were welcomed by the Chair of the Academic Senate of ŠAVŠ, Mgr. Pavel Neset, Ph.D., who subsequently gave us a tour of the school building.

The working Saturday began with the SK RVŠ committees, followed immediately by the working groups. The Executive committee of the Chamber informed the Board of all activities that took place over the summer and of strategic meetings

The Board also addressed other areas:

• the celebrations of 17 November,
• communication and the ongoing collection of nominations for the Jan Opletal Awards,
• progress in the preparation of the student loan concept,
• updates from academic communities.

The off-site meeting concluded with a tour of the laboratories of ŠAVŠ and the city. We thank Škoda Auto University and the members of SK RVŠ from ŠAVŠ for organizing the event.
