Round Table on Financing at Higher Education Institutions at Brno University of Technology

On Wednesday, 1 October, we organised a round table on financing at higher education institutions at Brno University of Technology. The lecture on how the financing of public higher education institutions works and on the preparation of the budget of a public higher education institution was delivered by the Rector of Brno University of
Technology, Ladislav Janíček.

In the panel discussion with the chairs of student chambers of academic senates, we also discussed how students in academic senates envision budget discussions. The busy day concluded with a joint discussion among all participants on funding for the
public universities they attend
